Reset password for locked account



I noticed that a locked FBA user cannot get his / her password sent through the password recovery option. Is it possible to either unlock the account when a password recovery is requested, or automatically unlock the account after a specific period (eg. 15 minutes)?



Unfortunately not without some custom coding, which I have done for a few clients. If you raise it as an issue in the Issue Tracker, i'll consider it for a future release.

In the meantime you might want to adjust the settings on your membership provider, to reduce the chance of somebody getting locked out.
