Change Password not appearing on User Menu

Hi,

I have deployed 1.3.1 of the FBA pack. Following the guide:

I added a page called ChangePassword. url: [site]/SitePages/ChangePassword.aspx

However it is not appearing on the user menu.

In the FBA Site Config, on the settings for Change Password Page:

I have changed it from "_Layouts/FBA/ChangePassword.aspx" to "/SitePages/ChangePassword.aspx"

Am i missing anything here?

Are you sure that you are logged in as an FBA user? The Change Password menu only appears if you're an FBA User.
