FBA issues during SharePoint 2010 upgrade to Enterprise

We are assisting a customer with upgrading their SharePoint environment from Standard to Enterprise. They have the FBA software installed (version 1.3.1.0) ... when they enter the Enterprise License Key they get an error associated with FBADiagnosticsService.

Has anyone seen issues when trying to upgrade to Enterprise?

Thanks for your comment ... I reran the Enterprise upgrade and it still failed but in another module so I'm starting to think it is a timeout issue of some sort and FBA isn't involved at all. It just looked like it the first time. Red Herring!
