File not found when activating Site Collection Feature

I have a SharePoint Subscription farm on a single server. Single web app using https and a single site collection. I installed and configured the FBA pack but when I try to go to the Settings page, I get a file not found error.

The error is:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly ‘Microsoft.IdentityModel, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Anyone run into this before?

Got it - for anyone who runs into this, I needed to install the Windows feature “Windows Identity Foundation 3.5” from “Turn Windows Features On or Off”
