what i have created CreateUser buuton is not appearing . How can i navigate the user to Some other Page or Success Page
You could update the backend code to redirect the user to the page you desire.
If it works with some emails, but not others - you probably want to check if relaying is setup on your SMTP server. If it's not, you should see an error in the SharePoint log that the email wasn't able to be sent to that address.
