Issue when add web part on the page

when I try to add web parts that comes with FBA package I get
This page contains content or formatting that is not valid. You can find more information in the affected sections.
and does not lot me save or publish page.
Any thoughts or help in this?

I'm guessing this is a publishing site?

With publishing sites, they run the validation before saving changes - which means you have to fill out all of the required fields in the web part before you save the page.
