"FBAPackMenus"
And the item with the title is: "FBAChangePassword_Title"

I created a complete resource files for french, but I don't know how to use it.
I put it with the rest of resource files, I created the wsp package and deployed it.
But how do I chose wich one I want to use in my website ?

It uses the selected language for the site. You choose the language of the site when you create the site.
