Not receive the Membership Approval Email

Hello,
i can easily get the email of membership pending or membership rejected email but do not receive "Membership Approval" email. Although I approve the request but not mail.

Check your SharePoint log right after you approve a user. There should be an error message with more specifics as to why it's not working.
