I am having trouble with the password reset function in the SharePoint FBA Pack. When users attempt to reset their passwords; they get a ‘Password reset failed’ error; even though the email for resetting is sent successfully.
I have verified that the SMTP settings are correct and that emails are being delivered; but the reset process still fails. I have checked Installing and Configuring the SharePoint FBA Pack - Visigo-sfmc documentation guide but still need help.
Has anyone faced a similar issue; or does anyone know what might be causing this?
Could this be related to permissions; configuration settings; or something else?
Any guidance would be highly appreciated!
