I'm able to request membership and have verified that the option to review membership has been checked but new user requests don't appear in the Site Membership Review List. I can see the user in the user list and can edit the user but it just never shows on the review list. Any clues?
If the user doesn't get added to the review list, it's usually because the process failed when trying to send an email. Does the user get a Membership Pending email? If not, check your SharePoint outgoing email settings and make sure that outgoing email works.
